Luxurious, eco-friendly picks for Christmas

This year’s Christmas collection at The Life Cycle Design, shaped by original photographs taken on Alpine ski slopes and in the festive Alsatian markets.

We are making our way through 2025 towards Christmas, there is always so much to think about and prepare, that i decided to share our Christmas collection of wrapping paper and cards.

One of the things we love, is taking photographs, catching something striking and using that to create designs for our wrapping paper and greeting cards. In our Christmas collection, you will find it is a mix of our photographs taken over the years on the French and Swiss Alpine ski slopes, Christmas markets in the Alsatian region of France where we filled up on roasted chestnuts and bought handmade treats, feeling cold but happy! We have The Nutcracker themed design as a nod to Christmas traditions of watching Home Alone, The Holiday and listening to Wham! Last Christmas or Mariah Carey belting out All I Want for Christmas. And so the countdown to Dec 25th (Dec 24th in many countries in Europe) begins...

Loving the 60's, it inspired a Retro Christmas design for anyone who loves a contemporary take on yesteryear. Tradition but with a modern twist.

Eco friendly Christmas collection by The Life Cycle Design. Small batches, printed in the UK, recyclable and FSC certified

This year, we have introduced our wrapping paper & gift tag sets and Christmas cards for each of our designs and you can choose bundles of wrap sheets & gift tag sets or buy 3 cards and get 1 free across the designs as we want to make prep as easy as possible. And because post-Christmas sees an enormous amount of discarded wrapping paper and cards which cannot be recycled, our collections are always 100% recyclable. Pop it in to your household recycling bin once you're done and thats it. We always use uncoated paper for our designs for this very reason. If you match it with cellulose based tape (like this plastic free Sellotape), you won't even need to remove that!

Have a wonderful time with your friends and family this Christmas and Seasons Greetings from us!
